Howdy, Is this new list up yet? Testing... 123 I've put some changes into CVS, the first is a minor bugfix for tn5250, which only affects developers. The second is a major update to gnome-5250. It kinda works now, and looks pretty spiffy. It even has authentic keyboard mapping to a degree (Left control key is error reset, right control key is enter, enter is field exit, Pause key is help, Esc is system request - and no delays when processing Esc). To check it out, you have to download both tn5250 and gnome-5250 modules from anonymous CVS, and compile and install tn5250 first, then: cd gnome-5250 make ./gnome5250 my400 Please note that this version doesn't handle any command line switches yet. It's also horribly un-optimized, and you might notice that on slower machines (it redraws the whole display for every keystroke). -Jay 'Eraserhead' Felice P.S. In case you missed it, anonymous CVS is: export CVSROOT=":pserver:anonymous@cvs.cleveland.lug.net:/o/cvs" cvs login # password is 'anonymous' cvs checkout <modulename> (I still have yet to put up some simple docs on the html interface, though there is a CVS revision browser online now :) +--- | This is the LINUX5250 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to LINUX5250@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to LINUX5250-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to LINUX5250-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
