The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Not that I know of.
You could copy the source members to the IFS and then FTP them or FTP
them directly from the iSeries.
I'm assuming your Linux box can connect to the iSeries ?

subject: Opening a SAVF file from Linux
Hi All,
?
Is there any way to open or unpack a SAVF file which was FTP'd from
AS400 to Linux machine. I've ftp'd a source file which contains some
members from AS400 into my linux box. But i'm not finding anything to
extract the member from the SAVF file into my Linux system. Can you
