I believe it's the dang '.' (period) I have the same issues when scouring for PIX messages. It seems to find anything in the space between the periods that matches so the 10.10.10.115 matches your 10.10.1.5 because the 1 exists in the third 10 and th 5 matches the 5 in 115.

I have never taken the time to get beyond this I just ignore those with my mark one eyeball.
