I was questioning that successful post...as I didn't think that the SSL
system values affected Java.

For your reference, there's 3 separate SSL/TLS implementation on the IBM i.
- System
- Java (IBMJSSE2)
- OpenSSL (PASE)

A little research, I needed to change the system value QSSLPCL to *TLSV1.2.
I did that and my program works.
