I use remote debugging all the time when I run something in say,
Tomcat. I have to set a JVM parameter (jdwp) to have the listening port
defined. But what if the class in the jar is in is invoked via RPG?
There is a different method in debugging Java when invoked though an RPG
program, yes? Don't know if the OP was running a standalone app or a
server application like Tomcat but debugging java called from RPG has
always been a challenge for me....
