How can we call a java program from AS400?
as on any other platform:
- starting a java programm, use the launcher
- referencing a method, use java native interface (JNI). For this your
environment has to be able to call c programms. The rpg compiler has some
capabilities to assist in JNI calls.
important note: JNI was not designed to build mixed up applications!
