Matt:

I forgot to mention that if you have the MGTools installed on your system,
then option 10 on that menu will just about automate sending things to IBM.

To get MG Tools (if you don't already have them) see:

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1011297

MGTools is one of the most important diagnostic tools out there. It helps
IBM figure out what's going on and as you use them a little, you can assist
yourself as well.

If the tools are already on the system check for updates (menu option 13)
and follow the prompts. It can automatically download and update the tools
on the system. (with proper authority of course)

Dear Mr Zhang

Thanks for your reply.

1) Please advise how we should raise a PMR with your team. Is there an email
address we should write to or a website we should visit?
2) The javacore and core dumps total over 2Gb in size, do you have an FTP
site we can upload them to?
3) I'm not sure what 4700 0012 vlogs are, or how to obtain them - please
could you explain.

Thanks and regards
Matt

2. Re: Unexpected JVM crash, assistance requested (Gan Zhang)

Looks like you are using the latest Java 80 on your system. I would
suggest you open a PMR to my team for further investigation.
thanks.From
the stack , looks like it's an issue from JIT component. For this
kind of
crash , we usually need "javacore", "core" dumps together with the 4700
0012 vlogs collected. thx.

Best regards.
