What do you expect it to do with a bad DNS entry? That's not a valid IP Address. I would expect it to muck it up, since it's pre-mucked.

FYI, I have opened a PMR to fix an issue I found using the -network option.

I have a DNS entry with entry like 111.222.333.444 the tool truncated the IP address to 14 characters. It gave an error with that particular IP address.
V7.3 and pretty updated with PTF's( I hope)
