The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

It's a bummer when we see customers move off the i.
Just as a point of fact, HelpSystems offerings are almost 50/50 IBMi vs Multiplatform (Windows, Linux, AIX) now, so if you do move let your HS reps know and they can find functional HS automation equivalents to migrate to if the shop changes platforms.
The forms component I mentioned also works on IBM i or Windows as well.

Yeah, I just have to poke fun sometimes. We have a fair amount of HelpSystems software on our boxes and get asked every year if we could drop any of them. Haven't dropped one yet but I can't get traction on any new software as our primary vendor keeps moving functionality off i and onto the Windows client. Another 10 years and I think they will be off Power systems entirely.
