I'm not 100% sure but V6 may be unavailable.
There's a wee bit of hope with 7.1 but you have to manually add support,
even after you get to the right level.

7.1 instructions (which actually mention JSSE):

Does anybody here know where JSSE on Midrange boxes gets its ciphers?

I have reason to believe that a Tomcat server running on a V6 box was
claiming to support a couple of ECDHE ciphers, and yet ran into problems
when a browser actually asked for them, resulting in the browser
rejecting the server with extreme prejudice.
