I have a test lpar of IBM i 7.2.
I removed the two options for Java 6.
One vendor product was generating a message:
JVM: Correct version of Java not installed.
I opened a ticket with that vendor.
Their reply was that the version of their product I am running will never
work on a system without Java 6 and I will have to wait for their next
release. They are skipping Java 7 and going to Java 8.
I had to reinstall the two options for Java 6 on that lpar of IBM i 7.2.
