I have a Websphere Jython script that has been tested and works fine. I can call it from PuTTY with no problems. (I had to replace the qsh bash with sh to work outside of QShell.) Now I am trying to call the script via SSH and it fails with the “permission denied” error. It appears the SSH connection is working fine but I’m puzzled why it fails after that. The verbose log is below. I don’t know if there is a problem with the SSH command itself or the SSH server setup. Any guidance is appreciated.
