Is there any chance you could show your classpath here? Change the names to protect the innocent, if you need to, but keep the character length the same. Which of the .jar files is being ignored?

In our case it appears that the classpath is still correct, but the JVM seems to be ignoring one or more of the jar files.

Right now we're building a straight Java program to work around the issue, but it is definitely a hairpuller and we can't wait to try and troubleshoot this anymore.

It's loading the correct JVM, just seems to be igmoring one of the .jar files.

A new environment length limit perhaps ?

I have found the environment variable JAVA_HOME is no longer needed after upgrading to V7R1. my Classpath Environment variable has not changed but my JAR and Class objects are in user created directories.
