Java may be in all or any of those locations. Installing a new version does not necessarily uninstall any existing versions. And there are more paths for versions older than 1.4.

IBM has certain directories where Java exists depending on what version of Java is loaded.
When you get to V7R1 your choices get more limited.
We have various routines that look at installed license programs and directories to determine what is loaded.
