Ok. Based on that assumption, I've revised the STRTOMCAT7 and ENDTOMCAT7 CL programs to submit the scripts under a the same *JOBD that we use for the "listening" server of our CRM product, which is in turn guaranteed NOT to be on a "one at a time" batch queue.

The concern was with not clogging up a "one-at-a-time" batch queue, as much as it was with the inconsistency.
