I haven't done any change in jboss server and this file is there in my
deploy folder

Well, something must have changed.

I'm pretty sure that it's complaining that it can't find the pcml document.

Make sure the file is available and can be opened.

And remember my favorite rule: If nothing has changed, and something doesn't work the same way it did before, then something has changed.
