Question about PDF417 barcode



Does anyone know where I can get a java class/program that will accept
parameters for generating a PDF417 barcode

and returns either a list of codewords (i.e. 000 435 234.) or bar space run
lengths (i.,e. 8111113.) that I can then use.



Looking through the PDF specifications I prefer not to code something that
has already been done



I do not need an image created nor do I need a font and I do not plan on
using DDS to print the PDF417 barcode

I just want the results of all the compactions, error corrections etc. etc.
