It is a classloading issue. The jars are loaded as listed , not the folders they are contained in. But, I recently saw a post that in Java 6 you can load all the jars in a folder so it may be JVM dependent.

Shouldn't the second way provide a path to all jar files in the /JarFiles directory in the IFS?
