What is the classpath currently set to? Where is the jt400.jar in relation to your class files? I created a lib folder in my home folder so I have :/home/pete/lib/jt400.jar in my classpath setting (I use the SystemDefault.properties file in my home folder to set my commonly used jars).

Your classpath commonly lists .jars needed for your application but there are other classloading techniques you can use as well. I believe Java 6 has some * (wildcard) options for loading jars in the classpath.

Java program completed with exit code 1

I have a problem on AS400 to add it to my program.
On Windows when i was class file and jt400.jar library in the same folder I run it with commands:

set classpath=%classpath%;jt400.jar;
java kursNbpToJde

And everything works. In As400 I runs with command:

JAVA CLASS(kursNbpToJde) CLASSPATH('/test/')

What should I add to command as stated above
Thanks

I have class file in root/bin. It's the same location as java, javac,
javaw aplications. I wrote command on AS400:
JAVA CLASS('kursNbpToJde')
Should I add something else?
Hi Piotr,

It is not a good idea to place your own class file in root/bin as this
is a system folder for the Qshell commands. Better to create you own
application folder off the root.

Also make sure that you have this application folder and jt400.jar in
your classpath.

Keith
