IBM doesn't support it, but it does run on V6R1 and I'm sure will work
fine on V7R1 as well.

In fact is you run it under the PASE JVM, it runs almost as fast as a PC
server does.

subject: Tomcat support on V6R1

Hi All,

We've got a whisper from IBM that starting from V6R1 Tomcat will not be
supported on iSeries (there will be no 'handlers' to run a server jobs)

Should we all get ready to migrate to Websphere? :-(
