I was able to get it working, i should not try this command in stored
procedure, but try it in java, before calling stored procedure, and it
worked for me, thanks for all the help

i got SQLCOD = -000000084, not , i did this in Stored Procedure, should i
call this from java program or some thing, or should i use SET
