If the program is an RPG III or CL this will work but it will not work if
the program is a RPGLE or CLLE or anything with multiple modules.

I had to do this with system API's and RPG code to build a file. If you do
an output to *PRINT, it only gives the creation date, not the last change
for the module.

I wrote a utility called GETSRCLIST that gets the data into a table.
Complicated programming. Code is available if you are interested.
