I thought it might work referencing the user profile as
/qsys.lib/usr.usrprf

This didn't work for me... returns with zero references. The docs state:
The QP0LROR() API is used to retrieve information about Integrated File
System references on an object.
A reference is an individual type of access or lock obtained on the
object when using Integrated File System interfaces. An object may have
multiple references concurrently held, provided that the reference types
do not conflict with one another.
Thanks for the idea. Anymore??

I think you want to turn that around and look for references to the
*USRPRF object where the reference is an authorization list.
Retrieve Object References (QP0LROR) API provides this info natively.
I'm sure there must be a JTOPEN way to run it in java.

Subject: List the Auth Lists a User belongs to challenge...
Hi,
I have a challenge that I have not yet come up with a solution for.
Using a UserId, I need to return a list of the Authorization Lists that
this user is in.
I don't find anything in JTOpen for this.
I can use an ObjectList to get the list of Auth Lists but how can I
query them to see if the user is in each list and get a response I can
capture?
Thanks!!
Kristen
