jconsole is mentioned in SG24-7353 "IBM Technology for Java Virtual
Machine in IBM i5/OS".
I think it is included on V6 machines in J2SE 5.0 and 6.0.

I have not tried to use it though...

subject: jconsole + java 6 on the i

Hi.

I have just found that the JConsole application can attach to a Java 6
JVM which has not been prepared for this to happen, which might be a
showstarter for us :)

Since this appear to be a Sunspecific Hotspot facility, I would like to
know if this is implemented in the IBM JVM's available on i?
