So if I want to distribute these JARs as part of an application with min
release of V4R5, is there any way to change the min OS of a JAR
file? Or
would it be best to upload fresh JARs, not run my app, and save
them in a
save file first?

You should delete any attached programs to the jar files - they will be
regenerated anyway by the JVM.

Yep, I just figured this out.

I was able to use the CRTJVAPGM on the JAR files to create them to V4R5, so
things seem good so far.

I didn't realize that RUNJVA would create a java program from the JAR if it
didn't exist already.
