TPROF trace/Idoctor/PDTV can help track down websphere/java performance
issues on iseries. I have successfully used it to do that in the past.

Any ideas would be appreciated. What tools have helped people the most,
whether WAS 6.1 tools, open source tools, or 3rd party tools?

I am very interested in hearing your experiences in what helped you, and
what did not. Especially if iDoctor could help.

If you still have the issue, the WSDCi 7.0 - as I've understood it - can
profile Java applications on the AS/400 if you install some libraries on
the CD. This might help you to get a Javacentric view on the application.
