Yes I did, and the "phantom name" is nothing like the domain names
declared in option 12,
and is nowhere in the host table.
As the same problem occurs on my PC when testing the applications with
websphere server from WDSC,
and as this PC in not on the same network than the i series....
There must be something happening between websphere and javamail.
I'll try the debugger and step inside the Session class, as Thorbjo/rn
suggested.
