Exit status code from QSHELL -- JAVA400-L

We have a client running a program which is using the STRCSH command for
an XML document extract and it's failing. It's sending QSH0005 with
exit status 126. We cannot find the problem or even any information
anywhere which indicates what exit status 126 is. Does anyone know or
have any thoughts of where to look? Thanks, LC.
