Problems like blowing up on a javax.crypto exception, SOMETIMES. :-)

Yes, I agree it sounds like a bug. We found a similar bug a few years
ago and it took several months to isolate the problem and get a PTF. But
given our release deadlines, if we can implement a workaround in the
meantime it would help.

It seems there are some undocumented os400.jit.nocompile properties that
we might be able to use.
