Use the DataQueue exists method like so:

String path = QSYSObjectPathName.toPath("QTEMP","RPG2JAVA", "DTAQ");
DataQueue rPG2javaDtaq = new DataQueue(as400, rPG2javaDtaqP);
if (rPG2javaDtaq.exists() == false) {
rPG2javaDtaq.create(1000);
}

I want to check if this object already exist before
