Issue with second level messag and substitute value

Hi
We are having issue with retrieving second level
messages in Java when there is data substitution,
We call this RPGLE program using JT400, and PCML
The RPGLE program works fine if we call from other RPG
program on AS400.
I dont know what we are missing, we using JT500 5.3,
and this is how we retrieve message in Java

Enumeration e = queue.getMessages();
while (e.hasMoreElements())
{
QueuedMessage msg = (QueuedMessage) e.nextElement();
msg.load();
String secondLevel = msg.getHelp();
String message = msg.getText();
}

Am i missing some thing?
