Bill, wrong list, but off the top of my head I seem to remember that
that file has a specific format. That probably means a column or two
with Microsoft specific data types. Probably need to analyze what it's
sending and find out what data type you can use on the AS/400. Chances
are, it's a date related datatype as I know our internal guys don't use
real SQL Timestamps, they use one of the MS specific ones.

Our web guys tells me there is an sql file in the system32/inetsrv
directory that has the proper format. Take a look there and see what
might need converted.

Subject: Has anyone tried to use ODBC logging of Windows FTP to an
AS400database

We are trying to get a Windows (2003 server edition) FTP server to log
to
an AS400 data base using the ODBC options.

We aren't having a lot of luck. We have an open PMR with IBM. I will
provide details to anyone interested.

Has anyone done this before? Seen any articles or e-mail thread?

Thanks

Bill Blalock
