Here is the code and error i am getting

AS400 as400 = new AS400(system, user, password);
as400.connectService(AS400.COMMAND);
CommandCall cmd = new CommandCall(as400);
boolean flag = cmd.run("CHGLIBL (QTEMP QGPL)");

Error message

com.ibm.as400.access.ErrorCompletingRequestException:

Exit program denied request.
