So maybe you need to back up two or three steps and ask whether you can get 
this invoice data in some more useful format. PDF is no doubt suitable for 
humans but it's not a really good choice for EDI between two computers.

Deon,
The pdf is coming from the US Postal Svc, and encrypted is the only option.
I have the key, but some of the tools previously mentioned are not programmed 
to work with the key. Also has to work in a batch or bulk method. No one is 
going to spend hours and hours splitting thousands of pages a week.
