Dynamically Program Parameter Lookup in Java?

Anyone have advice or pointers on the following?

 

I’m looking for a way to dynamically determine a HLL (RPG, CL, etc)
interface in terms of parameter counts and data types.  

 

I want to use this to generate Java code to interface with the iSeries
program dynamically via the toolbox.  Probably generate the SP or use the
program call directly.  

 

For example: JDBC gives you database metadata about files and stored
procedures, how about HLL?
