Critical Issue: SSL Exception

We are getting a SSL exeception on a program we are running. It is a java
class ran through RPG.

I can run it and another programmer can run it, except we have full
authority on the system. A "standard user" cannot. We have the programs
setup to use adopted authority with a user that has *ALLOBJ. The weird part
is that another process using these same programs works fine. So the
question is could there be something that I am not thinking about that is
causing the problem?

Please help... I am running out of ideas!
