You can put jt400.jar next to your own jarfile in the file system, andput a classpath reference in the JAR file manifest in your program.Then double click will work.

If you want an exe file which can transparently uncompress the abovefrom a single file, run the java application, and clean up afterwards,check out Jexepack.
