Yup, that's what bothered me about what I was saying. I like the idea of
having the properties file just somewhere in the classpath, and not
embedded in the WAR/EAR. I guess the only down side is that the initial
deployment requires the additional step of "installing" the properties
file. Still, much better than changing it every time.
