SQL Source/DDL on ISeries -- JAVA400-L

I currently have several DDL source (.sql source) that I typically run from
Eclipse to create tables.  Does anyone know how this source can be stored on
the ISeries so the RUNSQLSTM will work?  I have read David's article on
Managing SQL Procedures, but am unsure of how to get the procedures to the
ISeries.
