java based debugging tool for remote jobs on AS400

Hi
there used to be one java based debugging tool for
debugging QZRCSRVS jobs running on AS400,
basically it would do same thing like
strsrvjob and strdbg to debug remote jobs.

Does any one know where i can download this tool and
how to configure it to work on AS400
