Ashish,There is a fee based Eclipse plug in that is called JasperAssistant that a couple of guys in my company use (http://www.jasperassistant.com) but I use iReport to design the report, test it and compile it. So I DON'T use Eclipse to create the report, I use iReport. Then I use the following in my servlet to run it:
http://code.midrange.com/index.php?id=8514b7fc93iReport generates the compiled Jasper report object and I use the code to launch that report.
