Load image as resource from package

Hi all, 

I have a Java class that is building a PDF using iText and I need to
retrieve an image from a package in my project/war.  The below code works
just fine when I run it from eclipse with a simple "main(String args[])"
type program, but when I deploy this class to Tomcat I get a null value in
variable logoURL.

My question is, what changes for getResource() when this gets put in a
servlet container vs. just being run from eclipse and how could I change it
to work in both environments.
