Hi James, java-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx General information about the mailing list is at: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/java-dev I subscribe to about 40 mailing lists in my never-ending quest to keep up with things going on in the Java world and that list is one of the most active, especially in the GUI area. They do end up discussing many very Mac-centric areas, like Cocoa and so on. However, alignment and layout, for the most part, are in the standard Java set and don't change much, if any, other than custom or platform specific classes. You may want to check your code for assumptions that end up being Windows specific and/or custom layout managers that do the same. In any event, more info will be needed by anyone to give a sensible response.
