How does one design the DTO and it's validation class for a Decimal field in 
the file?
 
The problem I'm encountering is that in the HTML page, the input field are 
always String type.  I hate to have to write a pre-validation class that to 
just check this String for validate numeric field first before putting it into 
the DTO.
