Is there any way to suppress the messages that are generated by the toolbox? e.g. when accessing a DataArea the following message appears in the QZRCSRVS job log: Client request - run program QSYS/QWCRDTAA We have a Java process in development that needs to react to a change to a data-area. We cannot implement a DataAreaListener because this will not react to a change made outside of Java (e.g. RPG programs, CHGDTAARA etc) so we have to poll the data-area. We can change the job logging level so that the messages do not appear in the job log - but they still appear to be being sent to the job message queue as it is quickly filling up and wrapping.. despite the joblog itself being virtually empty. How can we truly stop the messages from being sent by the toolbox? Is there a way to reference the underlying job message queue and clear it?
