Redge, It could be a library list problem, or just about anything else for that matter, until you find the error message describing the problem you just don't know. The library list on programs called from Java using ProgramCalls will be the system default (often blank). It will run the program inside a job called QZRCSRVSD so if you look for that job after attempting to run your program you might be able to find the error message telling you why it isn't working.
