Websphere 5.1 Upgrade -- JAVA400-L

Has anyone successfully upgraded Websphere 4AES to 5.1 Base?  The issue I am 
having is in WASPostUpgrade.  When it compiles the JSP's it fails.  It does not 
tell me what JSP fails.  I have WDSc 5.1.2 installed running 5.1 as the server 
and it works fine with the current EAR.  No compile errors in my development 
environment.

Any help would be appreciated.
