IAAI Website

Okay, the alpha test is closed.  Thanks for helping, everyone.  The site
will be down for a short period while it moves to its new home:

That address should percolate through the DNS servers by tomorrow, but
the site itself will only be available intermittently this week.  The
open beta should start next week.  If I get it in place ahead of
schedule, I'll drop a note.
