FW: Program call bean Authority

 
I am using the Program Call Bean from a JAVA client to execute an RPG
program.
I have a user with *PGMR user class which works perfectly and I also have
another user with *USER class which does not work.
I am not receiving any errors on either the client side or the AS400 server
side.   The call just returns with no values in my parameter list.
It does not seem to be a library list issue nor an object authority issue
with the *USER profile.
 
Is there some special authority that must used on a user profile when using
a Program Call Bean?
