If you hard code Tomcat location in the script yes you need to change it.

I doubt you need to alter anything else.

The best way to test is to start Tomcat one after another. If the second
copy fails to start, the console messages will tell you what's wrong.

I used to start multiple Tomcat on an As400, a linux or a window box. I can
only recall 3 ports to change.
